Just like that, offensive line coach Brad Davis strikes again! Today, LSU football landed their 10th commitment in the class of 2025 in top Louisiana offensive lineman Devin Harper.

LSU lands class of 2025 commitment No. 10 from top Louisiana offensive lineman

Coach Brian Kelly came into Baton Rouge wanting to beef up the Tiger offensive line, and so far, he’s done exactly that and more. In fact, earlier this month, the purple and gold even lost a former five-star recruit to the transfer portal because they’ve almost been too good at recruiting his position group.

With six commitments already in the class of 2024, attention has shifted to the upcoming recruiting cycle, and it’s safe to say things are looking good for LSU. Today, they landed their 10th overall commitment in the class of 2025, as top Louisiana offensive lineman Devin Harper announced his decision this evening.

According to 247Sports, Harper ranks as the No. 110 player nationally, and No. 6 among inside offensive linemen. Furthermore, standing at 6-foot-5, 300 pounds, he already has the kind of size necessary to compete for early playing time.

The Calvary Baptist Academy standout was in Baton Rouge over the weekend, and clearly, his time on campus played a major role in his final decision. Additionally, he’s now the second player to announce his pledge following this past recruiting weekend, as cornerback Jaboree Antoine joined the Tiger class of 2025 on Saturday evening.

With today’s announcement, coach Brian Kelly and LSU now have 10 total commitments in the 2025 recruiting cycle, which includes nine players rated as a four-star or better.
