And here come the Tigers! After hosting four-star class of 2025 offensive lineman Micah DeBose earlier this month, things are once again moving in a positive direction for LSU in his recruitment, including multiple crystal ball predictions.

LSU receives multiple crystal ball predictions for top-ranked class of 2025 offensive lineman

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better for the LSU football 2025 recruiting cycle, they go ahead and begin trending for yet another top-100 ranked recruit.

Earlier this month, the Tigers hosted elite class of 2025 offensive lineman and former Georgia commit Micah DeBose. Since then, the purple and gold simply have not looked back.

Offensive line coach Brad Davis saw the first crystal ball prediction for DeBose to LSU on February 19, and at the time, it appeared to be a good sign. However, after receiving two more crystal balls from Sonny Shipp and Bryce Koon of 247Sports in a matter of hours earlier today, it’s clear that the Tigers have emerged as a true front runner in this recruitment.

The Mobile, AL, product ranks as the No. 68 player nationally, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, as well as No. 3 among inside offensive linemen.

Things could come down to several SEC programs

While things are certainly moving in a good direction for coach Brian Kelly’s program in this recruitment, it’s nowhere near over. National Signing Day isn’t until February of 2025 and the talented four-star class of 2025 offensive lineman is still being heavily recruited by several big-time SEC programs.

Among the schools recruiting him the hardest include Alabama and Auburn. Additionally, having been committed to Georgia a matter of months ago, it’d be unwise to count Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs out just yet.

Standing at 6-foot-5, 315 pounds, DeBose already has prototypical SEC offensive lineman size. Even better, he has the type of athleticism necessary to project as either an offensive tackle or offensive guard depending on his future school’s needs.

While we can’t exactly put LSU on commitment watch for this one, another visit to the Boot could do big things for coach Brian Kelly’s squad as they look to land a third four-star offensive lineman this cycle.
