We’ve officially entered the week four stretch, and the Tigers have announced yet another piece of its 2023 college football schedule. This afternoon, it came out that LSU football vs. Ole Miss will take place at 5:00 p.m. CST on Saturday, September 30.
LSU football vs. Ole Miss game time announced
We are now in the heart of the 2023 college football schedule, and we’re slowly beginning to learn the game times for some of the season’s best matchups.
Most recently, for the Tigers, we learned that LSU football vs. Ole Miss will take place at 5:00 p.m. CST on the last Saturday of September.
This will be the 111th meeting all-time between the two schools. While LSU football has largely dominated the series of late, historically, it’s fairly even, as the Tigers currently lead 65-41-4 all-time.
So far, it’s been a successful season for both teams in 2023. Ole Miss currently sits at 3-0 overall, with notable victories over Georgia Tech and Tulane. However, things could change in a big way for the Rebels in the near future.
This weekend, No. 15 Ole Miss has the No. 13 Alabama Crimson Tide on the clock, and they’ll likely be facing off against an angry Nick Saban. Following that up with a battle against LSU football is no easy task, so this weekend will be telling on all accounts.
Last season, the Tigers won emphatically, coming away with a 45-20 victory in Baton Rouge. The Rebels will likely be looking for a better showing this year at home, so coach Brian Kelly’s squad must bring its best.
