Coach Brian Kelly is making some serious moves in the class of 2025 for LSU football recruiting. Last night, the Tigers got even closer to more potential good news as five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood released his top seven schools.

Quarterback Bryce Underwood announces his top 7 schools

One of, if not the best player in the entire country, is five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood. The stud out of Belleville, MI, has been lighting up defenses since he hit the football field and projects to continue doing so at the college level.

While he won’t announce his commitment until early January, he appears to be approaching a final decision. Late last night, the class of 2025 star released his top seven schools, which includes LSU football recruiting.

The 6-foot-4, 215-pound quarterback ranks as one of the top recruits in the country, regardless of position. According to the On3 Industry Ranking, he sits at No. 1 nationally.

Despite being nearly 1,000 miles from Baton Rouge, Bryce Underwood has put in quite the effort to make it down to see the Tigers several times. In total, he’s been down to see LSU football recruiting four times. The only team to have hosted him more is his hometown, Michigan Wolverines, which he’s visited 10 times since June of 2021.

Being the No. 1 recruit in the country, it’s only natural that he has his pick of any school he wants. Along with the Tigers, he’s also considering Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State and Florida State.

It could be a tough land, but if coach Brian Kelly can earn a commitment from the elite quarterback, he would immediately put the future of LSU football in excellent hands.
