LSU football vs. Alabama is set to be a night game in Tuscaloosa
Coach Brian Kelly has his team going in a fantastic direction. After dropping two games early on, the Tigers have won three in a row and are heating up.
The timing couldn’t be much better either, as they’re heading into the BYE week and have Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide on deck.
Notably, as we’re less than two weeks out, we have an official game time for the matchup, as LSU football vs. Alabama will be a night game in Tuscaloosa.
While historically, it might not be one of the biggest rivalries, this matchup has been one of the better ones in all of college football of late. Most recently, coach Brian Kelly and the Tigers beat the Crimson Tide in dramatic fashion last season, coming out on top with a final score of 32-31.
In the all-time series, Alabama has dominated pretty-handedly. LSU football currently trails, with an overall record of 27-55-2. Furthermore, the Tigers have just two wins over Alabama since 2012.
With both teams moving back up in the AP poll, the matchup is currently setting up to be a top 15 matchup, as LSU ranks No. 15, while Alabama sits at No. 9.
The 2023 edition will take place in Tuscaloosa, AL, at 6:30 p.m. CST.
