The 2023 season was one for the record books for coach Jay Johnson and the Tigers. Now, the LSU baseball players will be getting their hardware as the national championship ring ceremony will take place on November 11.
LSU baseball 2023 national championship ring ceremony date announced
On Monday, June 26, 2023, coach Jay Johnson and LSU baseball were crowned national champions. In the process, the Tigers were tasked with taking down big-time programs such as Tulane, Oregon State, Tennessee, Wake Forest and Florida during the College Baseball World Series.
Not long after winning their seventh in program history, pitcher Paul Skenes and outfielder Dylan Crews would go on to make history in the MLB draft just a couple of weeks later. They went first and second overall, making it the first time in history that two players from the same team had been drafted with the first two picks in MLB history.
Now, over four months later, the LSU baseball program will mark their championship in history, as their ring ceremony will officially take place on November 11.
While we don’t yet have an official time set for the event, a time will be announced shortly after the game time for LSU football vs. Florida is decided.
You’ll be able to watch the ceremony live on November 11 at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, free of charge.
