Joe Burrow has been elite everywhere he’s gone. After starting his career at Ohio State, he transferred to LSU for his final two collegiate seasons.

Boy, did that turn out to be a good choice.

In his two seasons with the Buckeyes, he recorded just 39 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns. For context, in two seasons with LSU football, he threw the ball 906 times for 8,565 yards and 76 touchdowns.

Now, as of September 7, 2023, Joe Burrow has signed a contract with the Cincinnati Bengals that will make him the highest-paid player in NFL history.

This shows that Burrow is dedicated to his team, and the franchise is ready to build around him. There’s little doubt that the star quarterback is a generational talent, and the Bengals are lucky to have him.
