Another day, another major win for the LSU football recruiting class of 2025. Already boasting one of the nation’s top groups with five commitments, the Tigers secured their sixth verbal today.

Hailing from University Lab High School in Baton Rouge, four-star athlete Keylan Moses opted for the Tigers over other esteemed programs, including Texas, Tennessee, Oregon, and Florida.

According to the 247 Sports Composite, he ranks No. 5 in Louisiana and No. 220 nationally. Furthermore, standing at 6-foot-2, 210 pounds, he already looks like a college ready player.

Even in his freshman season, Moses, with a rare combination of size and speed, showcased a level of athleticism few could rival.

Officially listed as an athlete, it’s yet to be determined exactly where he’ll best fit in college. Possessing speed suitable for linebacker play, he also demonstrates the strength to excel closer to the line of scrimmage. Furthermore, the Louisiana four-star exhibits solid athleticism, giving him the potential to contribute on the offensive side of the ball.

After today’s announcement, the LSU football recruiting class has jumped up yet again, and is showing no signs of slowing down. Coach Brian Kelly and the Tigers are still trending for several other top recruits, including multiple from the state of Louisiana.

Additionally, look for Moses to do some recruiting for the Tigers on his own. Often, the best recruiter in college football is a future teammate, so Moses’ early commitment bodes well for the program’s future.
