Former LSU offensive lineman Anthony Bradford is one of the most versatile linemen in the country. No matter where you put him on the line, he’s bound to make an impact. That was likely one of the biggest factors in the Seattle Seahawks drafting him with the 108th pick in the 2023 NFL draft. It’s also likely related to why he was recently selected for the NFL.com Preseason Offensive All-Rookie team.

For LSU football, Anthony Bradford was the Swiss army knife of their offensive line throughout his career. In his 29 appearances for the Tigers, he started 17 times and played three different positions.

By far, his most frequent position along the offensive line was at right guard, where he spent most of the 2022 season. Not only did he play just about everywhere for the Tigers, but he did it with incredible efficiency.

The position variation didn’t make him sloppy like it might for other offensive linemen. Instead, he played cleanly no matter where they put him along the line. In 899 snaps throughout the 2022 season, he was only called for two penalties while giving up just four sacks.

Now, he’s bringing his talents to the NFL, where he’ll likely make the Seattle Seahawks a very happy franchise. NFL.com appears to agree with the sentiment as well, placing him on the Preseason Offensive All-Rookie team.

Along with Bradford, four other offensive linemen were included on the list. Darnell Wright (Tennessee), Broderick Jones (Georgia), Paris Johnson Jr (Ohio State) and John Michael Schmitz (Minnesota) all made the Preseason All-Rookie team.

Notably, Bradford was the only player chosen for the list of offensive linemen selected outside of the first two rounds. Needless to say, the Seahawks might have gotten an absolute steal in the former Tiger.
